Jason Ray JR Mitchell

Jason Ray Mitchell (known as JR) passed away May 24, 2022, at 56 years old.
He grew up in Washougal, WA, and graduated from Washougal High School in 1984.
JR was a loyal 12th man and dedicated fan to the Seahawks. He enjoyed being with his family and often kept them laughing with his quiet sense of humor. JR loved his puppy Daisy, motorcycles, and spending time on the water.
He is survived by his loving life partner of 25 years, Debbie Vestal; his daughter, Cassondra Mitchell; his mother, Mary Mitchell; his siblings, Duane Mitchell (Leta), Joanna Loron (Tom) and Wyatt Mitchell (Jeanette); his stepchildren, Michael Vestal and Kelsey Vestal; and his grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Mason, Keysha, Keyana, Keyaira, Caiden, and Isaac.
A celebration of life will be held on Sept. 17th at Hathaway Park (799 25th Street) in Washougal, WA at 11 a.m. with a luncheon to follow.
