Janice Lee Carroll

Janice Lee (Millard) Carroll passed way July 26, 2019, in Tigard, OR. She was 66. Janice was born April 7, 1953, in Vancouver, WA. Janice lived in Camas all her life except for the last 10 years when she lived in Vancouver.

She retired from the Camas paper mill after 30 years.

Janice was heavily involved at Living Hope Church, in Vancouver. She volunteered at the Red Cross and at the Cancer Infusion Center; active in her high school class reunion planning. Janice was a member of the Clatsop-Nehalem Indian Confederation.

She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family and friends, traveling, gold mining and digging for crystals.

Janice was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Millard; father, Charles Millard; brother, Marvin Millard; and her husband, Richard ”Dick” Carroll, all of Camas.

She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Briones of Tigard, OR; son-in-law, Ray Briones of Tigard; brothers, David Millard of Ridgefield, WA and Ron Millard of Carson, WA; sisters, Linda Stewart of Kelso, WA and Karen Millard of Vancouver; granddaughter, Kaylee Briones and grandson, Logan Briones, both of Tigard.

Graveside and celebration of life services were held Aug. 10, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Compass Oncology Cancer Center.
