Howard Mac Kitchen

Howard “Mac” Kitchen, 90, of Washougal, WA, passed away peacefully Oct. 17, 2021.
Mac was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to Dolly and Ted Kitchen, Aug. 3, 1931. He married his grade school sweetheart and loving wife of 62 years, Joyce Kaiser, Apr. 9, 1949, in Calgary.
Joyce passed away in 2011 and Mac continued to profess his love for Joyce with fresh roses every week since. Mac retired from The Sheet-Metal Union Local-16 at age 59 to be with Joyce and raise their horses together. Family is what truly mattered to Mac, his wife Joyce, raising their four children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Mac will be missed by many.
Mac was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Kitchen; son, Guy Kitchen; son-in-law, Steve Howe; and daughter-in-law, Debbie Kitchen.
Mac is survived by his daughter, Sandy Howe; son, Garry Kitchen; daughter-in-law, Joyce Kitchen; son, Cam Kitchen and wife, Beth; his grandchildren, Nicole, Jessie, Paul, Angie, Jenny, Garrett, Spencer, Madison, Mackenzie; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
