Washougal students learn to ‘use their voice’

More than 50 regional high school and middle school students recently came together at the new Excelsior building at Washougal High School to learn how to speak up for a healthy future.

Putting ‘big bad’ to bed

Third-graders at Columbia River Gorge Elementary School were able to lay their storybook perceptions of the “big, bad wolf” to rest this week, after experiencing Wolfways, an educational presentation about wolves in the wild, on Monday, Dec. 4.
