The Port of Camas-Washougal has named its top three finalists in the search to replace its retiring chief executive officer (CEO) David Ripp.

Port, federal agency mull land swap near Steigerwald

The Port of Camas-Washougal is negotiating a land-swap transaction with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFW) that would expand the Port’s inventory of usable, and possibly developable, land near the Steigerwald refuge.

Cruise ships returning to Port of Camas-Washougal

Two months after unexpectedly losing its docking agreement with American Queen Voyages, the Port of Camas-Washougal has partnered with another company to bring cruise ships back to east Clark County.

Port, Clark PUD celebrate Community Solar East

Port of Camas-Washougal officials, along with Clark Public Utility (CPU) leaders, local and regional dignitaries, and community members, gathered at the Port’s industrial park March 27, to celebrate the completion of the Community Solar East project, which provides residents with opportunities to benefit from solar energy without installing rooftop systems at their homes or businesses.

Port hopes to annex airport into Camas

The Port of Camas-Washougal is asking Clark County to annex Grove Field into the county’s urban growth boundary, a necessary first step in the Port’s quest to bring the airport into Camas’ city limits.
