Anna Kellogg of Washougal recently served as a youth delegate as part of a United Nations forum in Baku, Azerbaijan. "Between lunching with leaders of the United Nations, dancing with new friends from around the world, chatting with government officials about the future of youth policy and scampering around an ancient city at 2 a.m., this adventure has been epic."

An ‘epic’ experience

A 2013 Washougal High School graduate recently found herself among policy makers and youth leaders from all over the world, after being chosen to participate in a global forum in Baku, Azerbaijan.
