Washougal bike pump track may see movement

After facing multiple setbacks, city of Washougal officials are cautiously optimistic that the long-awaited construction of a pump track and jump lines at Hamllik Park’s bicycle skills course will begin in the spring of 2020.

In Hillary Clinton’s book, “It Takes a Village,” the former Secretary of State is referring to an African proverb that says, “It takes a village to raise a child.” But the same could be said of helping seniors “age in place.”
