The owner of a new business in downtown Camas has a global customer base. Lisa Tice, who recently opened Lisa's Mini Mad Hattery, has received online orders from residents of Australia, France, Germany and London, as well as stateside in Texas. She has sold hats to some individuals attending the Kentucky Derby. All of the hats in the shop are made by Tice, using materials such as French lace, feathers and vintage flowers. She also incorporates antique gems and pins in some of her designs. The results include custom bridal headpieces and accessories such as wrist cuffs.
Robert and Mary Keliikoa have expanded their business -- All Natural Pet Supply -- to include a second location.
The owner of a local business recently earned "Infusionsoft" certification. Dave Blanchard, owner of Cognesis Marketing, has earned certification from the Infusionsoft Certified Consultants program. Based in Camas, Blanchard is the only certified Infusionsoft consultant in the Pacific Northwest. "Women in Networking NW" will be going co-ed -- for this month. The next WIN event will be held Wednesday, Dec. 14, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., at The Fairgate Inn, 2213 N.W. 23rd Ave., in Camas. Additional parking will be available at Harvest Community Church, 2436 N.W. Astor St.
