Parade of Homes to kick off in Camas

This year’s NW Natural Clark County Parade of Homes will feature 10 Camas homes worth at least $1 million in The Parklands at Camas Meadows.

Exterior Wood's processing facility, located in the Port of Camas-Washougal Industrial Park, in Washougal, is expected to continue operating as usual, following the company's purchase by Taiga Building Products Ltd., of Burnaby, British Columbia. Exterior Wood President Dave Perry said the 95 to 100 Exterior Wood employees will retain their jobs.

Canadian firm purchase Exterior Wood

Employees of Exterior Wood Inc., in Washougal, are expected to keep their jobs, following the company’s sale to a Canadian wholesale distributor of building materials.

Two local residents with diverse backgrounds and common interests in social and environmental issues are turning debit card banking fees into a way of helping socially conscious nonprofits through their Washougal-based company, GroundSwell.
