Washougal business earns top honors at marketing event

Every year, Lori Reed looks forward to traveling to New Orleans to attend the Emeril Lagasse Foundation’s annual “Carnivale du Vin” fundraiser, for which she’s created marketing campaigns since 2005.

Brandon Higgins, of Washougal, spent almost 15 years as a production worker for steel and plastic companies, but after undergoing two back surgeries in 2019, he began to seriously ponder a career change.
