Latest News, News, Schools, Washougal The Washougal School District will hold five “board listening tour” sessions during the 2024-25 school year.
The district has scheduled sessions for Tuesday, Oct. 15 (4:30 to 6 p.m., Washougal High School Excelsior building); Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2025 (4:30 to 6 p.m., Columbia River Gorge Elementary School); Tuesday, April 8, 2025 (9 to 10:30 a.m., Bethel Community Church, 1438 “B” Street, Washougal); and Tuesday, June 3, 2025 (5:30 to 7 p.m., American Legion Cape Horn Post 122 hall, 10221 Washougal River Road, Washougal).
The district has also scheduled a session for WSD staff members for Tuesday, Oct. 8 (4:30 to 6 p.m., Excelsior building).
Washougal residents are invited to “come share ideas with the board and ask questions (they) might have about our schools,” according to the WSD.
