The City of Washougal is developing an Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) transition plan to assess all existing and missing accessible pathways throughout the City’s transportation network.

Transpo Group, a Kirkland, Washington-based consulting firm, has launched an effort to conduct surveys throughout the city. The evaluation process is expected to take up to six months, according to the City’s website.

“Individuals from the company may be working near homes and businesses but will remain within the public right of way at all times,” the website states. “They will be identifiable by their vests and badges indicating they are with the Transpo Group.”
