The Downtown Camas Association’s November “Thankful for Pie” First Friday festivities will run from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, throughout downtown Camas.

Visitors can enjoy pie tastings and raffles, have fun at the Pie Walk Dance Party, roast s’mores and get creative with fall crafts, games and activities. The evening also will feature autumn-inspired dining and cocktail specials, multiple art exhibits and after-hours shopping.

In addition, local musician Seth Moran will perform a free, all-ages concert from 5 to 7 p.m. at LiveWell Camas, 417 N.E. Birch St. This is an installment of “First Fridays Unplugged,” an acoustic concert series offering entertainment in an inclusive alcohol-free space. Moran uses a unique looping technique with his soulful and energetic fiddle playing. LiveWell is a woman-lead yoga and fitness studio that has recently transitioned into a 501c3 nonprofit to provide increased accessibility to their classes for all members of the community.

“Pie is one of the most delicious parts of fall, and we can’t wait to come together and celebrate the season with our community,” said Brie Marais, the DCA’s new marketing and volunteer coordinator. “First Fridays are a fun and festive way to connect with each other and make memories downtown. Who doesn’t love dancing for pie? The fall shopping, art shows, dining and free activities offer something for all walks of life.”
