Latest News, News Educational Opportunities for Children & Families (EOCF), a Vancouver-based organization that provides comprehensive early childhood education and family support programs in Southwest Washington, is holding a winter clothing drive through Friday, Nov. 22, at Simms Electric, 1315 “E” St., Washougal.
EOCF is inviting community members to “support local families this winter” by donating gently used clothing, blankets, scarves, hats and more.
