Latest News, News Artist Trust, a Seattle-based nonprofit organization that endeavors to support and encourage artists to enrich community life throughout Washington State, will hold a roundtable conversation and reception from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the Washougal Community Center, 1681 “C” St., Washougal.
The free event, titled “Community Conversation: Supporting Rural Artists,” invites artists from Washougal and the surrounding area to “participate in a conversation centering on a range of topics, share their first-hand experiences, and discuss what their artistic community needs right now to thrive,” according to the Artist Trust website.
