Latest News, News Roy Kim, the owner of Portland-based RKm Development and lead developer of the Port of Camas-Washougal’s Waterfront at Parker’s Landing project, will speak during the Camas-Washougal Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon at the Camas Meadows Golf Club at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 19.
Kim will talk about his background as a real estate developer; some of his past projects, including Bethany Village, a 131-acre master planned community in Portland, and Rockwood, a multi-phased development in Gresham, Oregon; and the Washougal waterfront project.
