Construction starts on Washougal apartment complex

Construction on Portland-based Killian Pacific’s latest development Ninebark, a 246-unit apartment community on the Washougal waterfront, is under way. 

“We are thrilled to partner with Sunrise Management on Ninebark, where we plan to deliver a unique and nature infused experience, unlike anything else in the market,” Kristen Feldhusen, director of development Killian Pacific, said in a news release.
