Camas library book sale set for May 5-8

The Friends and Foundation of the Camas Library will hold its May book sale Thursday through Sunday, May 5-8. 

The hours of the sale are: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, May 5; 10 a.m to 8 p.m. Friday, May 6; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, May 7; and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 8. 

Hardbound books will cost $2 each, while paperbacks and children’s books will cost $1 each. On Sunday, May 8, visitors can bring a standard shopping bag and fill it with books for a flat fee of $5. 

The sale features hundreds of books, with topics ranging from cookbooks and fiction to children’s literature and history.

The sale will be held in the upstairs meeting rooms of the Camas Public Library, 625 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. All proceeds support the Camas Public Library and its programs.
