Police ask for public’s help to find Washougal woman’s killer

The Washougal Police Department, in partnership with Crime Stoppers of Oregon, are asking the public to help them solve the homicide of Sandra Ladd and offering a reward for tips leading to Ladd’s killer.

Ladd, 61, a former Washougal School District employee, was found dead in her Washougal home in the 1900 block of 41st Street on June 14. Police later determined Ladd had died from homicidal violence.

Crime Stoppers of Oregon offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime and tipsters can remain anonymous.
