The Building Industry Association of Clark County’s (BIACC) NW Natural Clark County Parade of Homes event will be held from Sept. 4-20 at Magnolia Heights, a residential development in Washougal.
“You will see fine craftsmanship, innovative and thoughtful design, and of course fresh decor ideas by some of the Building Industry Association’s top designers and builders,” BIACC executive director Avaly Scarpelli stated in a news release issued by the BIACC. “We are excited to be in the Washougal area this year.”
Builders, local dignitaries, sponsors and BIACC members held a groundbreaking ceremony on Feb. 5.
Featured builders for the 2020 Parade of Homes include Affinity Homes, Doriot Construction, Waverly Homes and Marnella Homes.
The Magnolia Heights homes showcased in the event will vary in size, from 2,500 square feet to 4,000 square feet, and cost up to $1.3 million.
“For the past 43 years, Southwest Washington’s premier home show has become an annual tradition for families, couples and everyone looking for innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping and the latest interior design trends,” according to the news release. “Homebuyers and those looking for inspiration for their own home will have plenty of options and ideas to explore at the show this September.”
