The recent NW Natural Parade of Homes brought attention to East Clark County this year, with thousands of people touring 10 homes in The Parklands at Camas Meadows over the past two weeks.
The annual event, produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, provided ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating and buying a new home Sept. 7 through Sept. 23.
Nine of the showcased homes at The Parklands, located just east of the Camas Meadows Golf Club, have already sold.
“The Maldivian,” a 4,070-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, four-car-garage home by Gecho Homes, is listed for $2.5 million, furnished, according to Rachel Gecho, a broker with Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty. The one-level home has an outdoor living space with a gas fire pit, pizza oven, shower and spa.
The last time a Camas development was featured during the Parade of Homes was in 2002, when 12 houses were part of the event at Holly Hills Estates on Prune Hill.
