Camas police have named Guitron’s boyfriend, Guillermo Juarez, 38, as their primary suspect in her death. The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office reported last week that Guitron was a victim of homicide and died from multiple sharp force injuries. Police are still searching for Juarez, described as a 5’9, 170-pound Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes.

Police Captain Shyla Nelson said today that this is still an active investigation.

There are two fundraisers in place to help support Guitron’s three children and family: www.gofundme.com/support-luz-guitron-family and www.gofundme.com/for-the-family-of-luz-guitron.
