The chancellor of Washington State University Vancouver is expected to talk about how a university contributes to economic growth at the Columbia River Economic Development Council spring luncheon.
Mel Netzhammer will also mention the university’s goals for the next five years Tuesday, March 21, at Hilton Vancouver, 301 W. Sixth St.
Registration will open at 11 a.m., followed by lunch at 11:30 a.m. The program will begin at 11:45 a.m. The cost to attend will be $45 for CREDC members and $50 for other individuals.
Netzhammer has served as the WSUV chancellor since July 2012.
