News An accident involving an overturned semi-truck has been cleared.
All lanes of eastbound State Route 14 near I-205, at Milepost 7, had been blocked, from approximately 2:40 to 5:12 p.m.
There were no injuries, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn.
The truck is carrying 70,000 pounds of cargo.
