A one-day health and resource fair for the homeless will be held Thursday, Jan. 26, in Vancouver.
“Project Homeless Connect” is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 400 S. Andresen Road.
There will be free lunches served, as well as housing leads, job assistance, counseling, foot washing, clothing, health care screenings and information about social service programs.
The annual event is coordinated by the Council for the Homeless.
Shuttles will be available every 30 minutes from Share House, 1115 W. 13th St.; Share Fromhold Service Center, 2306 N.E. Andresen Road; and Friends of the Carpenter, 1600 W. 20th St., all in Vancouver.
