Celebrations Sanders-Smith
Carlee Sanders of Washougal and Brian Smith of La Habra, California, have announced their engagement.
She is a daughter of Mindi Scobba and Steven Sanders and he is a son of Tere James and Tim Smith.
The wedding will be held on Sunday, Nov. 5, 2017, in Bellingham, Washington.
