The building that includes a Bank of America branch and True Insurance Inc. office in downtown Camas could soon be sold.
Mark Thygesen, with Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, said an investor is under contract to purchase the building at 528 N.E. Fourth Ave.
The sale has not closed.
“We’re working our way through the sales process,” Thygesen said.
The name of the potential owner was not released prior to press deadlines.
The 8,793-square-foot commercial building, constructed in 1951, is 100 percent occupied. The property includes .46 acres.
Clark County Geographic Information Systems records list First States Investors 5200 LLC as the property owner since September 2004.
The current lease with Bank of America as a tenant ends Sept. 30, 2019. The building includes a two-lane drive through.
True Insurance Inc. is renting a suite on a month-to-month basis. Its space was previously leased by American Family Insurance.
