Donald Lawrence ‘Larry’ Stickley
February 16, 1945 ~ September 9, 2016
Donald Lawrence “Larry” Stickley passed away at the age of 71 on September 9, 2016. Larry was born on February 16, 1945 in Portland, Oregon, to his parents, Maxine and James Stickley. Larry had been a resident of Camas for the past 9 years, formerly of Benton City, WA.
As a concrete finisher, he contributed to the building of the dams along the Columbia River. A true gambler at heart, he also enjoyed reading, watching westerns and sports shows and being the biggest fan at his grandchildren’s sports games.
Larry is survived by his three daughters and two sons-in-law, Traci Petty of Vancouver, Tami and Mel Biggs of Los Baños, CA and Dawn and Pat Hunt of Camas; his grandchildren, Tyler Dean, Kelsey Taylor, Trevor Eugene, Kyle Erickson and Alexander James; his siblings, Carol Rood, Gerald Stickley and Susan Summers. Larry was preceded in death by his parents, a baby brother, and his granddaughter, Jessica Rhea. At his request, there will be no funeral service.

Scott D. DeMoss died Sept. 4, 2016. He was 54.
A private memorial service will be held for immediate family and close friends.
Rosemary ‘Rosie’ Jo Buhrmester
Rosemary “Rosie” Jo Buhrmester died Sept. 6, 2016, at home in Washougal. She was 65.
A celebration of Rosemary’s life will be held Saturday, Sept. 24, at noon at Lacamas Lake Lodge, 227 N.E. Lake Road, in Camas. Lunch will follow. Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
