A woman was injured after she suffered a medical episode while driving along state Route 14 Sunday morning.
At approximately 11:30, a tan 1996 Ford Taurus driven westbound by Shauna M. McCafferty, of Troutdale, Oregon, drifted onto the right shoulder of the freeway and struck an embankment.
According to a Washington State Patrol memo, the collision occurred near mile post 10 in Camas after McCafferty, 34, suffered a “medical episode.”
She was transported to PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver to be treated for her injuries.
