Business SCORE will offer a class for small business owners focusing on an introduction to basic QuickBooks Friday, July 17, from 9 a.m. to noon, in Vancouver.
The course will offer a simple, hands-on way to learn about the tool that more than four million U.S. businesses use for their accounting records and financial reporting.
Instruction will include the mechanics of recording basic transactions with real world examples. Attendees will also learn how accounting and financial reporting are interrelated, and the language of accounting. The SCORE course leader will be Ted Powell.
