Shirley A. Carey

Shirley Ann Carey died Dec. 6, 2015, after a short battle with a rare, aggressive lung cancer, with her husband of 37 years, Dan Carey, by her side. She was 64.

A memorial service was held Dec. 15 at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

Steven Ray Schaffer died Dec. 9, 2015. He was 65.

Marvin P. Foster

Marvin Perry Foster, of Vancouver, died Dec. 8, 2015. He was 85.

A celebration of Marvin’s colorful life will be held Wednesday, Dec. 16, at 11 a.m., at Zion Lutheran Church in Camas. Burial will follow at the Camas Cemetery. Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
