Vernon Thomas Sapp Jr., of Camas, died April 4, 2015. He was 91.

A funeral mass will be held Thursday, April 9, at 11 a.m., at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. A graveside service with military honors will follow at the Camas Cemetery with a reception to follow at the church. Viewing is Wednesday, April 8, from noon to 4 p.m., at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas.

Helen Shaw

Helen Shaw, of Washougal, died April 6, 2015. She was 91.

Mary L. Huck

Mary Lea Huck died April 1, 2015, at home in Washougal. She was 54.

A service will be held Saturday at 6 p.m., at the Washougal Nazarene Church. A potluck reception will follow.

Jodi Lynn Huston-Floro

Jodi Lynn Huston-Floro died unexpectedly Monday, March 30, 2015, at her home in Washougal.

A celebration of life was held April 4 at her parents’ home. Family and friends gathered to pay tribute to her life and to reminisce and share stories about Jodi (also so fondly referred to by her family as “Goo-Goo”). Straub’s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas was in charge of arrangements.

Theodore A. Lunde died March 26, 2015, in Vancouver. He was 91.

Arnold F. ‘Arnie’ Faley

Arnold F. “Arnie” Faley died April 4, 2015, from Parkinson’s disease and Lewy body dementia.

An open house will be held at Orchard Hills Golf Club, in Washougal at a later date. Straub’s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Clara ‘Helen’ Viche

Clara “Helen” Viche, of Vancouver, died April 1, 2015, at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver. She was 80.

Loren L. Brooks

Loren Livingstone Brooks, of Washougal, died March 27, 2015, of heart failure. He was 71.

A graveside service for the family was held April 3, at Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas. A celebration of Loren’s life will be held Friday, April 10, at 5 p.m., at Portland Open Bible Church. All who knew and loved him are welcome. Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

George Edward Hubbard died March 30, 2015, in Washougal.

Linda L. Harding

Linda Lucia Harding (born, Krick, previously, Preller) died March 15, 2015, at her home in Vancouver, surrounded by the love of family and friends following a 16-month battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 60.

A celebration of life potluck will be held Saturday, April 11, at 11 a.m., at Crossroads Community Church, 7708 N.E. 78th St., Vancouver.
