Barbara C. Hearon

Barbara “Bobby” C. Hearon died peacefully April 18, 2014, surrounded by her family. She was 93.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, May 15, at 2 p.m., at Mercer Island Presbyterian Church.

Memorial donations can be made to FISH Emergency Service (Portland) or Wellesley College (Friends of Munger ’41).

Elden W. Hinds

Elden Willie Hinds, of Camas, died May 1, 2014. She was 97.

William E. ‘Bill’ Miller

William E. “Bill” Miller, of Washougal, died March 29, 2014, at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver.

His ashes have been scattered under his apple tree on the property he loved so.

George D. Stacks

George Dale Stacks, of Salem, Ore., died April 28, 2014. He was 83.

Funeral services with full military honors performed by the Oregon National Guard were held Monday. A private inurnment followed at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service in Salem, Ore., was in charge of arrangements.

June L. Lawton

June Luella Lawton, of Stevenson, died April 26, 2014. She was 92.

Lois B. Miley

Lois B. Miley, of Washougal, died May 1, 2014. She was 86.
