In a ranking conducted by The Oregonian and WorkplaceDynamics of Exton, Pa., 75 companies were named Oregon Top Workplaces for 2013. They were divided into 10 large companies 15 medium companies and 50 small companies by the number of people they employ in Oregon and southwest Washington.
Edward Jones earned the No. 1 large company ranking, based on employee opinions about company leadership, compensation, training, diversity/inclusion, career development, and values and ethics.
