News St. Anne’s Episcopal Church will host ceremony at Reflection Plaza
Peaceful pets of all kinds are invited to participate in the annual “Blessing of the Animals” in downtown Washougal.
The ceremony, which is free and open to the public, will be held Sunday, at noon, in Reflection Plaza, 1701 Main St. Lunch will be provided.
The blessings, by the Rev. Jessie Vedanti, vicar at St. Anne’s, will follow a short program that will include information about the West Columbia Gorge Humane Society.
There will also be a community art project.
