Thelma Howard

Thelma Howard, a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, died Sept. 26, 2013. She was 83.

A graveside service will be held Friday, Oct. 4, at 11 a.m., at the Camas Cemetery, followed by lunch at Camas Nazarene Church.

Memorial donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 4380 S.W. Macadam Ave., Portland, OR 97239.

Cecil E. Douglas

Cecil Earl Douglas died Sept. 25, 2013, at home, with his wife by his side. He was 91.

A memorial for Cecil will be held Saturday, Oct. 5, at 3 p.m., at Washougal United Methodist Church, 4020 “M” St., (across from the Washougal High School). A reception dinner will follow.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to a hospice or the Washougal United Methodist Church. Straub’s Funeral Home and Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
