Linda Grace (Griffith) Liehr died peacefully Nov. 8, 2013, at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, from multiple myeloma.

A memorial and celebration of life, officiated by Pastor Bob Meade, will be held Nov. 23, at 1 p.m., at Camas Nazarene Church. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation is in charge of arrangements.

Melvin R. Sampson died Nov. 8, 2013. He was 91.

He was born Aug. 28, 1922, in Washougal.

Betty A. Scott died Nov. 9, 2013, at home in Camas. She was 87.

She was born Nov. 5, 1926, in Kamas, Utah.

A funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m., at the Prune Hill LDS church. Burial will be private at St. George Cemetery in St. George, Utah. Straub’s Funeral Home & Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Daniel J. Lowther died Oct. 25, 2013, in Santee, Calif., of a sudden heart attack. He was 66.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 11 a.m., at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego.
