Jean O. Stulbarg died peacefully July 3, 2013, in Vancouver, from causes related to age. She was 92.

A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, Aug. 18, at 1 p.m., at Touchmark, 2911 S.E. Village Loop, Vancouver. Brown’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.

Arthur P. Burton died July 24, 2013. He was 70.

Stephen ‘Woody’ L. Wood

Stephen “Woody” Lee Wood died peacefully July 22, 2013, with his wife by his side.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 31, at 2 p.m., at Gateway Community Church in Washougal.

Edward C. Trachsel

Edward Carl Trachsel, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, died July 25, 2013. He was 85.

A celebration of life will be held Aug. 10, at 1 p.m., at Washougal United Methodist Church. Straub’s Funeral and Columbia River Cremation in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Cynthia K. Heller

Cynthia Kay Heller died July, 23, 2013, at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Ore. She was 58.
