Lacamas Community Credit Union, founded in Camas in 1936, has opened its Andresen Financial Center in Vancouver. It is the credit union’s northwestern-most location.
The Andresen Financial Center has garnered attention for its customized Opteva ATMs built by Diebold, which feature deposit automation and concierge services. At the self-service ATMs, members can complete envelope-free cash and check deposits, as well as traditional cash withdrawals. The Andresen Financial Center features three lobby ATMs during business hours and two more ATMs outdoors in drive-up lanes available 24/7.
Within Lacamas’ newest concierge-style facility, staff guide members to appropriate areas to fulfill their financial service needs. For more advanced needs, staff can assist members directly.
“Our open, interactive branch concept allows members to complete convenient transactions on their own, right inside the branch,” said Kathleen Romane, Lacamas president/CEO. “At the same time, our staff will be available to assist with those self-service transactions and to also work one-on-one with members to review their financial goals and complete more advanced transactions.”
“Not only do we expect to speed up transactions for members, but also allow our staff more time to nurture member relationships,” added Romane.
