Eleanor F. Loy died Sept. 29, 2012, in Vancouver. She was 94.

Joyce Darlene Cox died peacefully with her family by her side July 31, 2012, at her home in Washougal. She was 77.

A public celebration of Joyce’s life will be held Saturday, at 10 a.m., at the Joe Brown Memorial Gym at Washougal High School. Private inurnment will be held at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas is in charge of arrangements.
