The Vancouver Clinic will celebrate the opening of its newest clinic with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, March 5, in Washougal.
The public is invited to 291 “C” St. at 7:30 a.m. for the event. Washougal Mayor Sean Guard is scheduled to attend.
The new clinic, located in The Crossing complex just off Highway 14 with Quiznos and Starbucks, will see patients of all ages in its family medicine practice. The Clinic will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Saturdays. Walk-in patients will also be welcome.
Services offered at the new clinic include laboratory testing and radiology imaging.
“We are excited to open our new Clinic in Washougal,” said Sharon Crowell, M.D., chairwoman of the clinic’s board of directors, “This allows us to expand our services to meet the medical needs of the growing Camas/Washougal community.”
The Vancouver Clinic is leasing the space at The Crossing, but could eventually construct a larger stand-alone facility on 5 acres of adjacent property it purchased in December 2010. There are no immediate plans to build on the site.
