Camas chiropractor expands practice

Individuals seeking pain relief through chiropractic care, acupuncture or massage therapy have a new office they can visit.

Paul Fearn, owner of Fearn Natural Health Clinic, has opened a location near Costco, in the Lacamas Crossing development, at 19206 S.E. First St., Camas.

“It’s a great location,” he said. “The growth is phenomenal. I don’t want to give up my loyal patients, so I decided to continue offering services in downtown Camas. It’s always been in the back of my mind, to expand.”

Fearn’s second office opened in June.

“I’m currently in the process of increasing my staff to cover increased patient demand of the new location,” he said.

That could include the hiring of a second chiropractor.

Other Lacamas Crossing tenants include a Select Comfort bed store, Comfort Dental clinic, a Sprint cell phone store, Brothers Burgers, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Ichi Teriyaki.

Fearn is looking forward to the opening of a PeaceHealth Southwest Medical complex near his new office at 192nd Avenue and First Street.

Construction on that project has not yet started, according to hospital spokesman Ken Cole.

“We’re still having planning discussions around the financing for the project, and we don’t have a firm start date yet,” Cole said. “The original opening date was June 2012, but that date will definitely get pushed back out quite a bit.”

Fearn’s original office opened on the corner of Northeast Cedar Street and Fourth Avenue in 1998. He has since moved to 532 N.E. Third Ave., Ste. 100, inside the Temple Financial Services building.
