MacKay & Sposito, Inc. has announced the hiring of four individuals with construction management experience.
Karl Maritt, of Washougal, studied general scence at the University of Houston, and drafting and math at Dallas County Community College.
He has more than 10 years of project management experience, including manufacturing equipment and interior finish construction.
“It was the combination of that experience that has given me the desire to pursue an engineering degree,” Maritt said. “The opportunity at MacKay & Sposito gives me the experience to stay in construction and be at an engineering firm.”
He and his wife Renee moved from Dallas to Washougal in October 2010.
Nick Hastings is a certified construction project manager with 23 years of construction management experience in the commercial and industrial fields with a concentration in specialized structures. He is also a certified construction project manager through the Association of Construction Inspectors, which provides standards, guidelines, regulations, education, training and recognition.
