Marci S. Bystry

Marci S. Bystry died peacefully Aug. 19, 2011, at her home in Washougal, after a brave fight against complications of esophageal cancer. She was 63.

A celebration of Marci’s life will be held today, at 7 p.m., at The Salvation Army Church, 1612 “I” St., Washougal. Brown’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas is in charge of arrangements.

Joan C. Shelton

Joan Carol Shelton died peacefully Aug. 14, 2011, at the Ray Hickey Hospice House in Vancouver. She was 71.

A celebration of Joan’s life with full military honors was held Saturday at Brown’s Funeral Home in Camas. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or the Ray Hickey Hospice House.

Suzanne K. Goss

Susan “Sue” Goss died Aug. 17, 2011, surrounded by her husband Dave and family, after a courageous battle with cancer.

A celebration of life service was held today at Straub’s Funeral Home in Camas. Vault interment followed at the Camas Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial dontations can be made to the Ray Hickey Hospice House.

Margaret E. Nelson died Aug. 20, 2011. She was 82.
