Business A former branch manager for Sterling Savings Bank, in Hermiston, Ore., is now working at First Independent Bank.
Summer Arbogast has been hired to manage the Cascade Park branch, at 11515 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. She has 13 years of financial services experience, including six years in management positions.
Arbogast’s community activities include serving on the board of Salvation Army. She is also a Junior Achievement instructor and a member of the Greater Clark County Rotary Club.
Arbogast grew up in Pendleton, Ore., and studied at Chemeketa and Blue Mountain community colleges.
