The rebuilding of Doc Harris Stadium, in Camas, is among the local developments named as “Top Projects” by the Vancouver Business Journal.
The Bethea Park Estates renovation in Washougal will also be honored. The 32-unit complex was renamed Gateway Garden Apartments, in June.
Affordable Community Environments bought the apartments, at 4300 Addy St., for $1.8 million and paid for the $1.8 million renovation project, which included the replacement of flooring, cabinets and siding and the addition of energy efficient appliances and lights, as well as a community kitchen, computers and gardens.
Additional local developments named as “Top Projects” include Hayes Freedom High School, Immelman Hangars at Grove Field Airport, Northwest Leadbetter Drive improvements, phase I, 192nd Avenue Plaza and Dorothy Fox Elementary addition/remodel.
