Washougal Firefighter Carly Sauters shares a book with Spencer Nicholson and Riley Gardner during the “Feed Your Brain,” summer program at Hathaway Elementary School. The program includes lunch and an afternoon literacy session for several children living in the boundaries of the Washougal School District.
