Camas School Board OKs budget

The Camas School Board this week approved a $132 million 2021-22 budget that includes using $6.5 million out of fund balances to make up for revenue shortfalls caused by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, decreased student enrollment and COVID-19 relief funds that were disproportionately low compared to similarly sized school districts in Washington.

Clark County COVID-19 cases, hospitalizations increasing again

With the COVID-19 activity rate now four times higher than it was just three weeks ago, Clark County Public Health officials are urging everyone who is eligible to get vaccinated against the coronavirus and wear face coverings in public indoor spaces to help slow the spread of the virus.
