The East County Citizens Alliance (ECCA) launched in 2021 as a grassroots effort to identify ways to make the cities of Camas and Washougal stronger, more supportive, more resilient and more joyful by bringing local residents of varying backgrounds together to solve problems and build relationships.
Camas-Washougal celebrated its class of 2024 high school graduates last week, with five commencement ceremonies held at Doc Harris Stadium, Garver Theater and Discovery High School in Camas and Fishback Stadium in Washougal.
The Port of Camas-Washougal delivered a message to Fern Prairie residents earlier this month about its plans to annex 12 of its properties at Grove Field into the city of Camas in order to attract revenue-generating businesses to the airport.
