Amy Parent took Joe and Teddy, out for a walk Thursday, in Camas. Joe is an American bulldog-pit bull mix that was found injured in Texas. It is believed he was a bait dog that was used in the training of dogs for fighting. Parent adopted Joe, after reading about his situation on Facebook.
